Ms. Gallagher concentrates on systems security engineering, performing tasks in the areas of security analysis; privacy and security policy, law, regulation and compliance; development of certification and accreditation programs.

Ms. Gallagher has extensive professional experience in systems engineering, hardware design, and software development, as well as healthcare privacy, security, and public policy. Ms. Gallagher has concentrated on systems security engineering, performing tasks in the areas of security analysis; privacy and security policy, law, regulation and compliance; development of certification and accreditation programs; privacy and security guidance and plans, security engineering process definition, and the development of a capability maturity model for security engineering.

Ms. Gallagher was most recently Managing Director in PwC’s US Healthcare Industries Advisory Cybersecurity and Privacy practice. She was responsible for business development, client relations and overall project delivery with clients across multiple sectors.

Ms. Gallagher also led PwC’s CISO Support Services offering and co-authored a survey and white paper with Harvard Business Review on the evolving role of the CISO. PwC HBR CISO White Paper.

Vincent is a U.S. Navy veteran with more than 30 years of cyber experience, both afloat and ashore. Following a diverse career in military operations, including cyber warfare, information warfare, and intelligence operations, Vince joined Oklahoma State University’s Multispectral Laboratory (UML) as Chief Information Officer and the Director of C5ISR. Following his work with OSU, Vince held positions with Procter and Gamble as their global leader of cyber incident response and threat intelligence, served as a Director in PricewaterhouseCooper's Cybersecurity and Privacy practice, and led PwC’s national cyber threat intelligence organization.  Most recently, he served as the Executive Director of SENTIR Research Laboratory, and is currently CIO of Solutions Through Innovative Technologies (STI-TEC). 

Vince founded DCG with the aim of supporting the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) throughout the implementation of the new Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). As a veteran and small business owner himself, Vince's mission is to provide thorough, cost-effective consulting throughout the DIB's ongoing compliance journey.

Jerry Chapman is Chief Identity Officer (CIdO) at Fischer Identity. With over 25 years of industry experience, Jerry has successfully guided numerous clients in the design and implementation of their enterprise IAM strategies, in ways that align with both security and business objectives. His job roles have spanned enterprise architecture, solution engineering, and software architecture and development. Jerry is active in the technical working group at the Identity Defined Security Alliance (IDSA), where he was the group’s original Technical Architect. Jerry is a certified Forrester Zero Trust Strategist, has a BS in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and is currently pursuing a degree in Applied Mathematics from Southern New Hampshire University.
